Lecture by Marientina Gotsis
Games, virtual reality and social media provide us with experiences that range from the mundane to the extraordinary. Interactive entertainment in its many forms has great potential to provide us with great insights and solutions in healthcare, wellness, and science. We don’t really know how much is “good enough” and what that really means, but one thing is certain: loving, living and dying in the 21st century will be curated, produced, preserved, remixed, and reenacted through new forms of storytelling platforms. We will all be makers, consumers, observers, and interventionists of our own life, health and wellness journey, as well as that of the people closest to us and even complete strangers.
